FAQ

Architecture review, backend and automation assessment, source code advisory, and AI capability building for your team. The output is a clear picture of what your systems can support, what’s holding them back, and what to do about it in what order.

It’s honest to say we build what we recommend. The advisory work stands on its own — you get the assessment and the roadmap regardless of whether you build anything with us. Where a Hawkin product is genuinely the right answer, we’ll say so and show our reasoning; where it isn’t, we’ll say that too.

Engagements are led by Dr. Sai Chong Yeh, our AI Strategy & Capability Building lead, with a background in no-code AI, digital transformation, responsible AI and advisory, working alongside our engineering team.

Five things, all documented and yours to keep:

  1. Current-state architecture map — how your systems actually connect today, including the undocumented dependencies most teams discover only when something breaks.
  2. Automation opportunity register — every workflow worth automating, scored on effort against business impact, so the sequence is obvious.
  3. Prioritised 12-month roadmap — what to do in which quarter, and what has to be true before each step.
  4. Capability assessment — where your team’s AI readiness sits and what closes the gap.
  5. Build, buy or leave-alone recommendation — a straight answer on each opportunity, including the ones not worth touching.

As a fixed-scope engagement, sized to your organisation, or as an ongoing retainer for teams that want continuous advisory. Advisory is bundled into Pro and Enterprise contracts at no additional cost. If you go on to build with us within six months, the full audit fee is credited against the project.

No. Consulting is a standalone entry point, and for many clients it’s the first engagement — the audit comes before any decision about whether to deploy AI workers at all.
